Hong Kong Food & Tea ( Tropicana City Mall ) Suck!
This is the restaurant ( borrowed from other site )
(File pic)
As usual, Friday is my movie night. After a hard day work, We was heading to Tropicana City Mall to watch the "Alice in the wonderland". Reach there about 6.30p.m and bought the ticket @ 7.30p.m so that we can enjoy our dinner with the spare time.
We went to the Hong Kong Food & Tea Restaurant on 1st floor and I ordered a set meal which consist of a main course, drinks, soup and a dessert. After I ordered they told me the set dessert which is GuilingGou (Tortoise Jelly) has sold of. They only have ice cream left. So I say ok, no problem. To my surprise, when they serve the ice cream it was a small tiny 1 scoop ice cream. ( Previously when i ate there the GuilingGou is about a small bowl )
Then ok, I don't mind as well. But after the 1st taste the taste of the ice cream is truly lame. It really taste like medicine, then i ask the waiter to change it to other flavor. The 1st staff came and he said I can't change. Then I ask another staff to assist me and She said that I already ate it and I can't change. Lastly I ask for the superior to change it and she said they have already run out of other flavor. This I really can't tolerate at all as in the menu I think they have like 10 different kind of servings and flavor. They better made a fortune from me from being so stingy cause I would never ever return to this F*cking restaurant, & you stay away from this restaurant.

Dear Food and tea restaurateur, don't ever think that serving averagely good food and having a lot of customers will be lasting forever... I can guarantee you, it will not if your service staff have bad manners!!!!!!! The quality of service is actually more important then the quality of food, bear that in mind!!! There are two rules and regulation you have to remember, first, customer is always right, second, if you think you are right, please refer back to the first rule... Report spam

I went to food and tea restaurant at Jusco Balakong last friday (18/9) around 8.40pm for dinner. It was indeed a bad experience. NO MANNERS STAFFs.... They actually served hot drinks in plastic glass with the claim of not enough ceramic cups. Then we find the drink from one of the glass was oily compare to another glass with the similar drink. Then the waitress took away both glasses. We can see that the staff who is preparing beverage was very unhappy and they return only one glass of the drink for us. We claim that there is one more glass, the staff prepare again and put at the counter for a very long time. Then the staff eventually pour the drink from the glass to a BOWL.. Hey, what does it mean? Try to express your dissatisfaction? Is your fault or ours? The first time and last time I will be visiting this restaurant!! Report spam

last few week afternoon, i went to this restaurant. But there is provide a poor services and the food is not nice. If u wanna go there to take a meals, u must think properly before u go in. Because the staff will take your order wrongly and they wont feel sorry for their mistaken. they will show you a black face and behave in an impolite way. In addition, they do not provide the lunch set for you until u need to ask for them. After that, i still need to wait the next order in a longer time about 20-25minutes. Finally, the food is delivered but the taste is not nice until i even cant finish the half. My friends also cannot finished their food. When i asked for the customer suggestion form, the staff just simply give me a paper already used before. im really strongly unsatisfied on their staff poor behaviour. POOR!!! 2008 Ford Fiesta 5-door
The sixth generation of the Ford Fiesta Mark VII, was shown in concept form as the Ford Verve at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2007 and is currently marketed in principal European markets (including Germany) as well as Great Britain, Japan, Australia and the United States. It shares its platform (new Ford global B-car platform) with the Mazda 2.
Fiesta sales for Canada begin in March 2010 for model year 2011. The 5-door hatchback will also be sold in Mexico starting 2011.
Ford's Convers+ menu system, as seen on the Mondeo, S-MAX and Galaxy, and complemented by steering wheel button controls, will be available for the first time. Ford anticipates that over 85% of Fiesta orders will feature such a multifunction display. Also available for the first time will be keyless entry with 'Ford Power' starter button, reach and rake adjustable steering wheel, electric power steering, and a USB port for portable music players. Ford Easyfuel, the capless refueling system recently introduced with the Ford Mondeo, will also be a feature, while 'ambient lighting,' casting a soft red glow over the interior, will be an option. For the 2011 US market model, the Ford Sync in-car communications and entertainment system will be available as an option.
UK trim levels for the new Fiesta progress through Studio, Edge, ECONetic, Zetec, Zetec S, Titanium and Titanium Individual.
In 2008 Ford revealed details of an ECOnetic model, which Ford stated would emit 98g/km of carbon dioxide. The car was launched in 2009. It uses the 1.6 Duratorq TDCi engine, but with an added diesel particulate filter. The Fiesta ECOnetic achieves its environmental credentials through weight loss and aerodynamic adjustments, and its emission figure exempts the car from vehicle excise duty. The ECOnetic gets an estimated fuel consumption of 65 miles per US gallon (3.6 L/100 km; 78 mpg-imp). When tested on the highway mileage and emissions test schedules, on which hybrids are designed to perform well, the ECOnetic outperforms the Toyota Prius. The model will not be available in the United States because, as Business Week noted, the company "doesn't believe it could charge enough to make money on an imported ECOnetic" and doesn't think it would sell enough of the model (350,000/year) to justify the $350 million in upgrades required at their Mexico plant to manufacture it in North America.

RM150,000 for registration number TAX 1
KUALA TERENGGANU: A local bidder forked out more than RM150,000 for the registration number TAX 1 last November.
Terengganu Road Transport Department (JPJ) director Abdul Rahman Emang Anyie said yesterday the bidder was a businessman here but declined to divulge any more details about him.
Tender documents for the “TAX 1 to TAX 999” registration number ended on Nov 3, and the department received an overwhelming response for all the 1,000 numbers that were tendered.
However, the registration number “TAN 1” still holds the record for the highest bid after a businessman from Johor Baru paid RM200,000 to own the number.
On another matter, Abdul Rahman said his men had successfully detected traffic violators by posing as road users and passengers of public transportation services since February.
He said the 506 offences were recorded, while 257 cases of motorists beating the traffic lights were caught on the spot.
Abdul Rahman said the officers had snapped pictures of the traffic offenders, and summonses would be sent to them.
He said motorcyclists and pillion riders also formed the majority of offenders. Some 150 were captured on film for not wearing crash helmets.
“We will continue with the undercover operation as it has proven effective,” he added.

‘Teoh could have been strangled, choked before death’
Source : thestar.com.my
By WANI MUTHIAH
SHAH ALAM: Government pathologist Dr Shahidan Md Noor admitted that political aide Teoh Beng Hock could have been strangled or chocked prior to his death.
However, Dr Shahidan reiterated that, in his opinion, Teoh’s death was due to fall from height and not from strangulation.
Teoh’s family counsel Gobind Singh Deo also asked Dr Shahidan if there was a possibility that Teoh had been strangled at the MACC office.
“I didn’t say strangled to death, I said strangled,” said Gobind.
He then suggested that Teoh was tortured before falling to his death.
“Its possible but not probable,” said Dr Shahidan.
To a question by Gobind if he would consider the possibility that Teoh had been unconscious and was thrown down, Dr Shahidan said:
“Yes.”
When being questioned by counsel appointed by the Selangor government Malik Imtiaz Sarwar, Dr Shahidan said he also noticed a hematoma (a bruise resulting from internal bleeding), which suggested that force might have been applied to the neck.
He also told Malik Imtiaz there were signs of oxygen deprivation to the brain and such a condition could have led to fainting or collapsing.
Dr Shahidan also conceded there might be flaws in the first post-mortem conducted on political aide Teoh’s remains.
Pathologists Dr Khairul Azman Ibrahim and Dr Prashant Samberkar conducted the initial post-mortem on July 17 last year.
Teoh, 30, the political secretary to Selangor executive council member Ean Yong Hian Wah, was found dead the morning after he was taken to the state Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) office in Plaza Masalam here for questioning on July 15 last year over alleged irregularity in disbursement of funds.
Dr Shahidan’s testimony Monday contradicts what he told coroner Azmil Muntapha Abas during cross-examination on Feb 19.
He had said the post-mortem report by Dr Khairul Azman and Dr Prashant was very good and there were clear signs indicating Teoh had not been manually strangled.
Dr Shahidan, who is Sungai Buloh Hospital Pathology Unit head, agreed to a suggestion by Gobind that the post-mortem might not have been done prudently and competently.
This was because Teoh’s neck had not been examined for possible strangulation.
Internal examination on certain muscled parts of the body to investigate if Teoh had been beaten had also not been carried out.
When questioned by Gobind on what he would have looked out for in custodial deaths, Dr Shahidan said he would have looked for signs of strangulation and beatings.
Gobind: In cases where one looks for signs of beatings, you agree with me that quite often there are signs that are not apparent from a visual look at the body itself?
Dr Shahidan: Yes, there are incidences where one cannot see external injuries.
Gobind: How to find signs of beatings when cannot be seen visually?
Dr Shahidan said dissections would be done on the muscles on the head, back, chest, abdomen, feet and limbs as well as other muscled areas to determine if the victim had been flogged.
Gobind then pointed out that the dissections in these areas were only done during the second post-mortem conducted by Dr Shahidan and not done at all during the initial post-mortem.
Gobind: So in your opinion, as head of department, when examining a case in which there’s a possibility of custodial death, it would be prudent to look for injuries such as pressure marks on the neck and internal injuries to the body?
Dr Shahidan: Yes.
Dr Shahidan also agreed with Gobind that checking for strangulation marks and conducting an internal examination, to determine if the victim had been beaten, was the usual protocol adhered to in cases of custodial death.
He also admitted to finding superficial bruises in the neck region, which was not mentioned, in the first post-mortem report.
Gobind then said if it had not been for Thai pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand, the marks on Teoh’s neck would not have been known.
“How is it that our doctors didn’t pick it up but Dr Pornthip did from the picture?” asked Gobind.
However, Dr Shahidan vehemently defended the initial post-mortem report and openly declared in court that he would not say anything harsh against it.
“The superficial injuries to the neck may have only been evident after 24 hours, that’s why they couldnt see the marks,” he said.
Gobind also said it was strange that the two most crucial tests had not been carried out given that Teoh had died while in custody.
He asked Dr Shahidan if that suggested a cover-up if these two crucial tests had not been carried out at a post-mortem involving a custodial death.
“Yes,” said Dr Shahidan.
Azmil Muntapha adjourned Dr Shahidan’s cross-examination to March 10.
Dr Pornthip had on Oct 21 last year told the inquest that Teoh's death was 80% homicide and several injuries found on him appeared to be pre-fall injuries.

Iron Man 2 Official Trailer
Can't wait for the release of this movie sometime around May this year. Hopefully it will be as good or better than the first.
Cast
Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark/Iron Man: The head of Stark Industries, inventor and the film's eponymous superhero and protagonist.
Don Cheadle as Lt. Colonel James "Rhodey" Rhodes/War Machine: Cheadle is replacing Terrence Howard from the first film. Howard said, "There was no explanation, apparently the contracts that we write and sign aren't worth the paper that they're printed on sometimes. Promises aren't kept, and good faith negotiations aren't always held up." Entertainment Weekly stated Favreau did not enjoy working with Howard, often reshooting and cutting his scenes; Howard's publicist said he had a good experience playing the part, while Marvel chose not to comment. As Favreau and Theroux chose to minimize the role, Marvel came to Howard to discuss lowering his salary – Howard was the first actor hired in Iron Man and earned the largest salary of the cast. The publication stated they were unsure whether Howard's representatives left the project first or if Marvel chose to stop negotiating.Theroux denied the part of the report stating "the role of War Machine was scaled back and then beefed up".Cheadle only had a few hours to accept the role and did not even know what storyline Rhodes would undergo. He commented he is a comic book fan, but felt there are not enough black superheroes. The character will don the War Machine armor in the film.
Mickey Rourke as Ivan Vanko/Whiplash: This version of the character includes elements of both Whiplash and Crimson Dynamo from the comics. In the film, he will be the son of Russian scientist Anton Vanko, who, in the comics, is the original Crimson Dynamo and creator of said armor. Downey offered Rourke the part during a roundtable discussion with David Ansen at the 2009 Golden Globes, and Rourke met with Favreau and Theroux to discuss his character's role. Rourke almost dropped out of the role due to Marvel's initial salary offer of $250,000, so the studio chose to increase the deal. Rourke researched for the part by visiting Butyrka prison. He suggested half of the character's dialogue be in Russian. Whiplash will act as the main antagonist of the film. In the trailer, he is shown using electric whips.
Gwyneth Paltrow as Virginia "Pepper" Potts: Stark's closest friend, budding love interest, and business partner after Pepper replaced Obadiah Stane as CEO of Stark Industries.
Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow: An undercover spy for S.H.I.E.L.D. posing as Stark's assistant.. Johansson was cast after a scheduling conflict forced Emily Blunt to drop out of the part.
Sam Rockwell as Justin Hammer: Rockwell was considered for the role of Tony Stark in the first film, and he accepted the role of Hammer without reading the script. He had never heard of the character before he was contacted about the part, and was unaware Hammer is an old man in the comics, whereas in the film he will be significantly closer to Stark's age. Originally thought to be a major antagonist, Rockwell says his character is "plucky comic relief, but he’s got a little bit of an edge".
Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury: Jackson initially had financial problems with Marvel and was unsure about reprising the part of Fury, until they reached a deal that would entail his appearance in up to nine films as the character.
Jon Favreau will reprise his role as Happy Hogan, Tony Stark's bodyguard and chauffeur. John Slattery will appear as Howard Stark, Tony's father. Garry Shandling appears as Senator Stern, a senator who wants Stark to give Iron Man's armor to the government.Paul Bettany will again voice Stark's computer, JARVIS. Clark Gregg will reprise his role as S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Phil Coulson from the first film.Kate Mara will appear as an FBI agent. Olivia Munn will play Iron Maiden. Stan Lee will appear as talk show host Larry King.
Lexus First Hatchback CT 200h
Lexus is introducing their latest entry-level hybrid to its portfolio, The Lexus CT 200h is due to debut for the European market end of this year.
Toyota is continuing its quest to spread hybrid technology throughout its entire lineup of vehicles and the next stop for the hybrid train is the all-new Lexus CT 200h. The CT 200h is the production version of the Lexus LF-Ch concept which debuted last year. Although the CT 200h is toned down quite a bit from its concept form, it still shares much of the design philosophy first seen five months ago.
Unlike its HS 250h sibling, the CT 200h forgoes the largish 2.4-liter inline-4 engine and instead uses a 1.8-liter VVT-i four-cylinder engine. As is the case with Toyota's other hybrid vehicles, the gasoline engine is paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), electric motor, and a NiMH battery pack.
Toyota isn't discussing official fuel economy numbers for the CT 200h, but it does say that the vehicle can travel a measly 1.2 miles and at up to 28 mph on battery power alone.
Assuming that the 1.8-liter VVT-i engine used the CT 200h is the same 2ZR-FXE motor used in the Prius, expect to see stellar fuel economy for the vehicle. The Prius is pegged at 50 mpg combined, but every aspect of the vehicle from its tires to its body shape to its underbody is designed to slice through the wind with the utmost efficiency. The CT 200h has a more conventional shape, but we'd be surprised if it dips below 40 mpg combined using the same powertrain as the Prius.
